Hi, I’m Janelle, a video editor and motion designer with 5+ years of post-production experience. I started editing at a young age and quickly discovered how much I loved shaping stories through rhythm, sound, and design. That passion led me to earn a B.A. in Video Production, where I expanded into custom animation and digital artwork.

 

Since then, I’ve worked across a wide range of projects: cutting trailers for Playworks, crafting Anthony Bourdain–style travel episodes for TASTE with Kevin Longa, generating content for Wish's Instagram (6.8 million followers) and TikTok (750k followers), and producing video essays for TanTao Media's YouTube channel. I’m always looking for new ways to push storytelling forward, whether experimenting with fresh motion graphics techniques, or drawing inspiration from the inventive editing and design I see in film, commercials, and social media. Lately, I’ve been especially inspired by the animated intro sequences for The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina and Only Murders in the Building.
